Shipping and Handling

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho the same day or on the next business day (Monday through Friday) after you place your order. Depending upon your location, your order should arrive within 3 to 7 days from the time it ships.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE USPS and UPS Ground shipping within the United States on retail orders $49 or more! Shipping costs will be calculated normally for retail orders under $49 and for shipping destinations located outside the United States. For free shipping orders, our Shipping Department reserves the right to select whichever method provides the most efficient delivery of the items you've ordered.

UPS requires a physical street address, no PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

On orders shipped outside the USA, you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Rawpower.com is not responsible for these import fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering. By ordering on Rawpower.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our shipping and customs policy.

The delivery time to destinations outside the USA is totally dependent on your country's mail service and may take as long as a month (even longer in some circumstances). We have found that it typically takes a couple of weeks. There is no way for us to track the order or to ensure its safe delivery. You are shipping at your own risk. There will not be any refunds or replacements for lost or damaged packages. We cannot guarantee safe arrival. Our experience through the years has been good, 99% of the time, but problems do happen from time to time.

APO & FPO

For military APO & FPO orders $49 or more, we will pay your USPS Priority Mail shipping charge up to a maximum of $20.00. If the shipping charge exceeds $20.00, we will add the difference on your invoice manually. The delivery time to the APO or FPO is totally dependent on the military mail service and may take as long as a month. We have found that it typically takes a couple of weeks. There is no way to track the order or to ensure its safe delivery. You are shipping at your own risk. There will not be any refunds for lost or damaged packages. We cannot guarantee safe arrival. Our experience has been good, 99.9% of the time, but problems do happen.
